I went to clean up my community garden plot yesterday, only to find some thriving plants. In particular, the Swiss Chard patch is doing doubletime. I harvested about four pounds of really nice greens this afternoon.  If the weather holds, I’ll be harvesting until Christmas, which has to be a sign of climate change.

In any case, I’ll be searching for new Swiss Chard recipes…
