fish soup


Lately, I’ve frequently been making cod fish soup. It’s simple and warming.

Saute two medium onions, 4 medium carrots, 8 cloves of garlic, and a quarter head of cabbage. Add water to cover and 40 oz of cooked white beans;  simmer for 30 minutes. Add ample spinach and a pound or two of cod fish. Allow to steep until the fish flakes.
